Once the contact is saved, hold two iPhones together near the top edge. iOS 17+ will pop up NameDrop and send the contact straight to the other phone. No app needed.

A branded pass living inside the Apple Wallet app needs an Apple Developer Program membership ($99/yr) plus a pass-signing certificate. Once those are in place, we can wire it up so this button generates a live Wallet pass on demand. For now, the vCard + NameDrop flow above covers the same "tap to share" experience without the recurring cost.
